The teacher said me that I only have to work with verbs in past simple tense, and also said that he had been working with the students the verbs, but when I came to the classroom the students did not know any about verbs.
When I tried to apply the first activity the students could not identify the verbs in past simple tense.
But it was not the main problem, the principal problem was that in the first class the teacher was not with me, and when I came to the classroom I had only 10 students to 50, and for worst luck one of them asked me, are you a practitioner? And I said yes and I lost the control of the group.
